- Quinoa1 cup
- Chopped seedless tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, put the quinoa to cook with 2 cups of water, for approximately 10 minutes.
- Drain the water, set aside and wait for it to cool.
- In a refractory place the cooked quinoa, chopped and seeded tomatoes, chives and parsley. Mix it all up.
- Season with plenty of olive oil, lemon and salt.
- Serve immediately
