- Black pepper and rosemary leaves to taste
- Start by washing the lentils until the water runs clear. Then let it soak for 1 hour. Drain and place in a pot of clean water for 10 minutes (count after the water starts to boil). If you want, you can add a bay leaf to the water. Drain, rinse under running water and keep in the fridge.
- For the sauce, mash the gorgonzola well and add the yogurt, pepper and rosemary. Stir well and reserve.
- Returning to the lentil, cut the tomatoes and olives into slices and mix with the lentil. Add the sauce, stir well, taste and adjust salt if necessary and enjoy!
- *If you want to make it with green lentils, it's also delicious, but the method of preparation is different. She needs to soak for 24 hours, changing the water every now and then. To cook, place in a pot of water for 40 minutes after the water boils.
