- Manioca Butter Beans1 cup
- Grilled Shitake Mushrooms1 cup
- Heart of palm1 cup
- Cooked Broccoli1 cup
- Green Leaves of your choice2 cup
- olive2 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley1 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Soak the beans overnight
- Cook in a conventional pot covered with water covering the beans for approximately 40 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the beans and add to a bowl with the other ingredients: green leaves, olives, heart of palm, cooked broccoli and grilled mushroom
- Season with salt, olive oil and whatever else you want and finish with the parsley
