- Bacon200 g
- Sausage (pepperoni)2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon

- Raisins (pitted)100 g
- Salt/Olive Oil/Lemon and Spices to taste
- Fry the bacon and sausage in small cubes and set aside. Boil 300 ml of water and after the cabbage, put it on a platter along with the water and leave it for 10 minutes. Drain well and reserve.
- Finely chop the tomato, onion, pepper, parsley and grated carrot and set aside. Quail eggs (boiled and peeled)
- Now it's time to gather all the ingredients and add the salt, oil and lemon to your taste. Finally, the cottage cheese and mayonnaise to give the final touch. It's an easy and practical salad to make everyday. Enjoy your food.
