  • White cabbage70 g
  • Red cabbage70 g
  • Carrot70 g
  • Red onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Mayonnaise200 ml
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Grate the cabbages and carrots and finely chop the red onion.
  2. Mix the salad with the lemon juice plus the mayonnaise (I used one with garlic and herbs) and season with salt and pepper. Use parsley to decorate. serve ice cream
