- Sea Salt1 dessert spoon
- Natural unsweetened yogurt170 g
- Chopped mint leaf20 unit(s)
- Slice the cucumber into very thin slices; season with salt and place in a sieve to drain the liquid.
- Let it drip for about 10 to 15 minutes. Wash well to remove excess salt and let it drain again in the sieve.
- Transfer the cucumber to a container and add the yogurt and mint, a pinch of salt and mix gently. Serve immediately.
