- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Shoyu Sauce1 tablespoon
- Peeled Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Coarsely chopped coriander2 tablespoon
- Peanut without shell1 tablespoon
- Sesame for garnish1 coffee spoon
- Wash and sanitize all vegetables.
- In a bowl, place the grated ginger and lemon zest.
- Then cut the lemon in half and squeeze it until you get the juice.
- Add the oil, the oil, the sauce soy sauce and lemon juice and mix well.
- With the help of a peeler vegetables, peel the cucumber lengthwise, very thin. Wall peel when you reach the center of the cucumber. Make a pile with the cucumber on top of the previously prepared sauce.
- Finish with coriander, peanuts, chilli pepper and sesame on top.
