- Lemon Drops to taste
- Honey mastic flowers to taste
- Remove the seeds from the pear and make very thin slices, drip lemon drops so it doesn't darken.
- Arrange the slices on the serving plate, place the lettuce and arugula.
- Distribute the pieces of nuts and parmesan shavings over the top.
- Finish with a generous portion of Aroeira flower honey. Serve immediately.
