- potatoes800 g
- carrots450 g
- pod200 g
- Red Bell Pepper150 g
- Yellow bell pepper150 g
- Onion200 g
- Squid Rings400 g
- Arugula to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Put water to boil with salt. Wash well and peel the vegetables, then cut the potatoes, slice carrots and green beans with two cm each, cook respecting the time for each ingredient. And book.
- Cut the peppers and onion into medium squares,
- Take advantage of the water in which the vegetables were cooked, dip the squid rings and then place them in water with plenty of ice. So that it doesn't look like rubber when chewing.
- Finally, sauté the peppers in olive oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and each vegetable and finally the rings and sprinkle with the parsley.
- Assembly is up to creativity.
