- Beat eggs, oil, milk and salt in a blender.
- After beating the liquids in the blender, add the wheat flour little by little. And keep hitting.
- Now transfer your dough to a bowl. And add the baking powder.
- Now mix the mozzarella and ham.
- Now grease your cupcake pans with oil and wheat flour. If you don't have cupcake molds, use your preferred mold.
- Now I put your dough in your molds, don't put the dough to the edge because your dumplings will rise. Put the dough only halfway.
- Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Ready to remove from the oven. Let it cool, unmold, make that very cold juice. And enjoy this cupcake delight.
