- Parsley to taste
- Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Pickles to taste
- Olives to taste
- Finely chop the onion, parsley and garlic. On a platter make a bed with the above ingredients and water abundantly with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Open and remove the sardines from the can and place the fillets on the bed of ingredients, drizzle with more olive oil and add more black pepper. Garnish with some olives and pickles. Ready to serve…
