- Large sliced cabbage500 kg
- Fine herbs of your choice2 coffee spoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Sliced onion1 unit(s)
- Sliced bell pepper1 unit(s)
- With the help of a sharp knife, cut the cabbage making thin fillets or strips, then in a pan with the oil, place all the cabbage, onion, pepper, fine herbs and salt. Saute until soft but not crunchy. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with the cilantro. (I used oregano, rosemary and dried basil.
