- Shrimp500 g
- Iceberg Lettuce to taste
- Boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
- cherry tomato to taste
- Goat pepper to taste
- Italian tomato to taste
- Spinach to taste
- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet greased with olive oil, add the cleaned and unpeeled shrimp, place all the shrimp in the skillet but do not stir them. When you notice that you have created a “crust”, stir well and add salt and pepper to taste. When it's all uniform, set it aside.
- Chop all the ingredients for the salad. If you prefer, you can gently tear the leaves and chop the tomatoes and eggs and the goat pepper as in the picture.
- Add the prawns that were reserved and season the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Help yourself. (you can make a sauce or use a purchased sauce of your choice to accompany).
