- Mango100 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander1 teaspoon
- Chopped chives1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black sesame1 teaspoon
- Separate two shrimp for decoration and chop the rest into small pieces. In a frying pan put 1 teaspoon of oil and let it heat up. Add the whole prawns and cook for 1 minute on each side. Reserve Put a dessert spoon of olive oil and grill the chopped prawns. Season with salt and pepper and leave for 3 minutes, remove from heat and set aside. Cut the mango into small cubes and season with olive oil, chives, black sesame, salt and pepper to taste.
