- I cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into slices, peeled the oranges and cut them into slices too, arranged them in a glass dish.
- I decorated with the peppers, linseed and chives, prepared a simple sauce with salt, olive oil and lemon. Light, delicious and healthy, perfect for hot days.
