- Chopped beet stalks to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- I boiled the broccoli with water and salt for 8 minutes, removed it from the hot water and left it to soak in ice water, in the same water as the broccoli I cooked the beets until they were soft.
- I arranged everything in a glass refractory, sprinkled sesame and chimichurri on top. I like to use a very basic sauce to serve with just salt, olive oil and lemon.
