- In a skillet, melt the butter with the oil. Then add the eggs and scramble them, leaving not so large pieces. Soon after, add the cassava flour little by little. Finish by adjusting the salt to your liking. Then, let the farofa brown slightly, always stirring well so it doesn't burn.
