- In a pan put the water and the eggs let it cook for 10 minutes when the time passes remove from the fire and put it in cold water then peel the eggs
- On a cutting board cut the onion and chopped tomato cut the peppers into thin strips
- On a platter, place the tomato, onion and pepper, add the eggs cut into small pieces, sprinkle the salt and pepper on top
