- Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)

- Salt1 teaspoon
- Glass with lid 500ml1 unit(s)
- Choose one or more vegetables. You can mix more than one in the same glass or use one at a time.
- wash the vegetable
- Pass through the vegetable grater, cut into thin strips or small cubes
