- Soybeans1 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1/3 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Basil1 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt1 unit(s)
- Soak the soy beans for a day
- Drain the soy beans and put them in a pan, cover with water and let it cook for about 1 hour. Once ready, book
- In a food processor, blend the yogurt, basil, salt and mayonnaise.
- In a bowl mix the mixture with the chickpeas, add the grated carrot and tomato
- Mix well and serve
