- Grilled Salmon200 g
- Asparagus100 g
- Mango strips50 g
- Thinly sliced red onion to taste
- Sliced Radish2 unit(s)
- Olive oil70 ml
- Orange juice30 ml
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- Orange Jam1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chickpeas z100 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar20 ml
- Mounting: In a shallow salad bowl place the raw spinach leaves, on top of the cooked chickpeas, spread the radish cut into thin slices, the mango strips, the grilled salmon slices, the red onion and the sliced asparagus. Drizzle with the orange vinaigrette For the sauce: In a bowl mix all the ingredients and drizzle over the salad. 😋😋
