- Broccoli250 g
- Watercress (soak)1 unit(s)
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Balsamic to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Clean and cut the broccoli into small trees
- Steam for 3 minutes
- Clean the watercress and remove the leaves
- Chop the garlic very small
- In a frying pan, sauté the broccoli in garlic with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste
- Break the eggs separately, put them all together in a bowl, stir well with a fork or small fouet, season right there with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat with a drizzle of olive oil and a spoonful of butter.
- Add the eggs and control the temperature well, always stir them to get soft scrambled eggs.
- Serve the broccoli with a drizzle of balsamic oil
- Watercress with olive oil and spices to taste
- The eggs last to eat a la minute ✨
