- Wheat for kibbeh45 g
- Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- Chopped cucumber1 unit(s)
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Water500 ml
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Chopped mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Leave the wheat to soak in water for 2 hours.
- Wash the wheat under running water and squeeze well by hand to remove all excess water.
- Mix all the other ingredients - except the tomatoes - in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Add the tomato when serving. Mix well.
- Enjoy!
