- Quinoa Mix1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Cook the quinoa like you cook rice! In hot salted water with onion until soft
- Cut the cucumber, tomato and onion into equal cubes
- Mix the tomato, onion and cucumber with the quinoa, already cut into cubes and season everything with salt, black pepper, olive oil and lemon and serve cold
