- Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Apple1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato1 cup
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Brazil Nut7 unit(s)
- Lettuce Leaves10 unit(s)
- Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, add the fine herbs, ginger, red pepper, paprika, paprika and olive oil. Mix well.
- Use this mixture to season the chicken breasts. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the heat, cut the chicken into cubes and let it cool.
- In a container, add the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well and book.
- On a platter, add the chicken, onion, apple, cherry tomato, carrot, parsley, chestnut, lettuce and yogurt sauce with mustard
- Mix everything very well.
- Serve your magnificent tropical salad!
