- Miso1 teaspoon
- Sugar1/4 teaspoon
- Sicilian lemon juice2 teaspoon
- White wine vinegar1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green leaves to taste
- Croutons to taste
- In a blender, blend all the sauce ingredients. It should be smooth and not too thick. As the texture of tofu varies from brand to brand, add a little more water, if necessary, until you reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with green leaves and croutons to taste.
