Vegetable, chicken and apple mayonnaise salad!!

- Helmanns mayonnaise2 can(s)
- Salt and spices to taste
- Vegetable broth2 unit(s)
- First of all, put the chicken breast to cook, preferably under pressure, for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
- Finely chop all the vegetables into cubes.
- Cook the carrot before the potato and chayote, as it is tougher. Halfway through cooking, add the chopped potato and chayote.
- Add two vegetable stocks to the cooking, or season to taste.
- After the 5 minutes of cooking the chicken breast, reserve the broth, and in the pressure cooker, closed with a lid, you will cook it with the chicken breast inside, making it super easy to shred. GET THE TIP!!
- With all the ingredients cooked and cold, it's time to cut the apples (I recommend cutting them close to mixing all the ingredients, so they don't brown.)
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, shredded chicken, apple, adjust salt and season to taste. I like to add oregano to the mix. It looks divine.
- Gradually add the mayonnaise, always mixing, adding well, until the entire mixture is surrounded by the mayonnaise.
- READY!! Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until serving.
- NOTE: If you don't like sweet and sour mixtures, remove the apple. BUT I CONFESS THAT SHE IS THE PROTAGONIST HERE ✅.
