- grated carrot1 cup
- Zucchini in cubes1 cup
- Chopped tomato1 cup
- Red onion, chopped or sliced1/2 cup
- Seasoned/Smoked Tofu150 g
- Corn1 cup
- Pea1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Fruits (apple, pineapple, dried fruit) to taste
- First grate/chop all the ingredients into cubes and shred the tofu.
- In a bowl, mix the carrots, zucchini, corn, peas, onions, tomatoes, and finally the tofu.
- After this step, enter the mayonnaise. There is no exact measurement, but keep adding until you reach the sausage point (as in the photo).
- Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour, and then just put the straw potato on top when serving! 😋
