- Gorgonzola Cheese to taste
- Nuts to taste
- Honey to taste
- Cut the pear into 3 layers, as in the photo. Drizzle lemon on the cut parts to prevent them from browning. Stuff with watercress, gorgonzola and walnuts. When finished, drizzle with honey or sauce of your choice.
