Coriander to taste
Chives to taste
Olive oil to taste

First sanitize all the ingredients, then I took the cabbage and pass it down the drain, in the thickest part, add the cilantro, chives, lemon, salt and olive oil and set aside.
Now take the tomato, pepper, onion and cut into cubes and put it together with the cabbage already cut and seasoned, adjust the salt, put it on a glass platter and serve.
