- Green apple5 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Black raisin grapes1/2 cup
- Nuts80 g
- Natural Wholemeal Yogurt400 ml
- Mayonnaise50 ml
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped celery1 unit(s)
- Cut the apple and carrot into thin fillets (julienne). Cut the walnuts in half.
- SAUCE: Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon.
- Mix all ingredients.
- ASSEMBLY: place in a deep dish, and decorate with the walnuts and grapes on top. If you wish, you can decorate with herbs too!
