- Butter to taste

- Dijon mustard2 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil300 ml
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Cut the bread with rim forming discs, Cut the cheese into slices, and make a kind of sandwich with the cheese, see photo; Reserve
- Wash the leaves and set aside;
- Mix: mustard, olive oil and honey, adjust salt and pepper, making a vinaigrette; Reserve
