- Medium Potato2 unit(s)
- Boiled egg2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into medium thick slices.
- Cook in salted water until soft and drain.
- Cut the eggs into 4 parts, set aside.
- Arrange the potatoes on a plate, lay out the egg pieces.
- Season everything with salt, sprinkle the oregano and finish with the olive oil. Serve immediately.
