Watermelon Salad with Goat Feta Cheese

Corte a melancia em cubos e retire todas as sementes. Em um prato disponha a melancia, adicione o queijo feta por cima quebrando com a mão, as azeitonas em rodelas e o hortela fatiado.Tempere com azeite , flor de sal e pimenta moide.

Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove all the seeds. Place the watermelon on a plate, add the feta cheese on top, breaking it with your hand, the sliced olives and the sliced mint. Season with olive oil, fleur de sel and ground pepper.
