- Appetizer potato1 kg
- Parsley1 cup
- Chives1 cup
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Vinegar1 cup
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Pepper to taste
- Let the potato boil for 10 min. Or even to the tooth.
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Note: vinegar and olé are in the coffee cup. After mixing everything, adjust the salt.
- Peel the potatoes and depending on whether they are not very small you can cut them in half. Mix the cream that was made in the blender in the potatoes and that's it. Tip is to leave it in the fridge to serve cold, it gets better but it depends on your taste.
