- In a pan, place the milk, a little salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg, cut and add the gorgonzola, leave it on low heat, always stirring until it thickens, if you notice that it won't thicken (depends on the brand). cheese) you can use a teaspoon of aizema diluted in cold milk.
