- Olives150 g
- Cherry Tomatoes100 g

- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Japanese cucumber1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper2 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- cubed bread1 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- I left the beans to soak for 3 hours, drained all the water, put the beans in a pan with a little salt, 1 bay leaf and water, cooked for 20 minutes, you can't overcook it, it has to stay there. After cooking, I drained the hot water, cut the onions into four parts and sautéed in olive oil along with the chopped peppers.
- In a bowl I mixed all the ingredients, added the sauteed onion and peppers, mixed well
- Seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, salt to taste and finished with chopped coriander. I seasoned the bread cubes with olive oil and oregano and took it to the fire in the skillet until the cubes were golden. Just decorate the salad with the croutons and enjoy this delight 😋
