- Italian Zucchini2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato5 unit(s)
- Minas fresh cheese60 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Basil to taste
- Peel the carrot and cut into slices.
- Wash the zucchini well and cut into cubes.
- Put 1 liter of water to boil. Add the carrots and after 5 minutes, add the zucchini.
- Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Vegetables should be soft but firm. Drain the water.
- Transfer to a platter and add the tomatoes cut in half and the cheese in cubes.
- Season with olive oil and salt and sprinkle green smell.
- Decorate with basil leaves.
