- Ricotta200 g
- cream cheese150 g
- Roasted Sesame to taste
- Combine the ricotta with the curd until it forms a pate and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cut the zucchini with a slicer and sear in a skillet with olive oil.
- Stuff the zucchini slices with the pate and make rolls.
- Finish with sesame.
