- Sliced Italian-style zucchinis (choose the smallest)4 unit(s)
- Onions, chopped2 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
- White Vinegar1 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste

- In a pan with water, put the zucchini to boil together with 1/2 cup of white vinegar, until it is al dente, then drain the water and set aside. In the blender, beat the other ingredients until you form a cream except the onion. In a glass jar with a lid, place a layer of zucchini, one of onion and the cream and alternate completely. Good appetite
