- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Medium green pepper1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic (cloves)3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil100 ml
- Chopped coriander1 cup
- Pepper and cumin to taste1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste1 teaspoon
- Water200 ml
- Canned Peas1/2 can(s)
- Canned green corn1/2 can(s)
- Straw Potato50 g
- Sauté the crushed garlic and chopped onion in oil. Then add the chopped ripe tomato and chopped pepper. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add the ground beef, mixing it with the sauté to season it.
- Add the paprika, cumin pepper and salt to taste. Let rest for 5 minutes
- Turn the heat back on and add the tomato sauce and a little water, With a fork, mash the meat so that it is all loose. Leave the pan covered for 20 minutes, then remove the lid and add the sausages, add the rest of the water. Leave on the fire for another 10 minutes.
- Assembly: First place 2 sausages on the bread extension (end to end) then the ground meat on top, the corn, the pea and the green tomato.
- Place over the tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, potato straw and grated cheese. (August)
