- Sliced mozzarella4 unit(s)
- Lettuce leaves2 unit(s)
- Tomato slices4 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- Yellow mustard to taste
- Prepare the roast beef and make very thin slices (recipe already published).
- Spread mayonnaise on both slices of pita bread.
- Arrange the roast beef slices on one of the bread strips.
- Melt the cheese in a frying pan and pour over the meat.
- Place the lettuce and tomato over the rest of the filling.
- If desired, add ketchup and mustard and close the lid.
- Cut in half and serve with a side of fries.
