- Cook the beans al dente, drain the water and mash with a fork.
- Process the beets, quinoa, garlic and onion.
- Add the mixture with the beans and flour, add the seasonings.
- Form hamburgers and fry in a non-stick skillet.
- It can be frozen or baked too.
