- Jamon Serrano200 g
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Ripe Tomato1 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Arugula Leaves to taste
- Place the bread in the oven at 180ºC for 5 minutes to heat up and lightly brown. Place the breads already divided into top and bottom, so that the inside also acquires a slight crunchiness
- Remove the bread from the oven and rub the garlic clove on the inside (Miolo) of both pieces
- Cut the tomato in half and rub its pulp on the inside, in order to leave enough tomato pulp in each piece of bread
- Arrange the jamon slices on top of the grated tomato
- Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add the arugula leaves and enjoy this Iberian delight
