- French bread3 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Ora pro nobis to taste
- Head of something1 unit(s)
- Half onion1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and place in a bowl
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, chives, parsley and ora pronobis and mix in the sausage
- Add the mustard and ketchup to the sausage batter and mix well.
- Cut the French rolls in half, squeeze the core well and cover with the sausage dough. Cover well, do not leave pieces of bread showing
- Drizzle the sausage dough part with olive oil and place on the grill at medium temperature.
- After roasting the sausage, turn the bread over and place a layer of cheese on top of the dough, leave it just to heat the bread and melt the cheese.
- Serve it hot
