French bread

Cut the bread in half and knead the crumb.

Retire a pele da linguiça, acrescente oregano a gosto.

Remove the skin from the sausage, add oregano to taste.

Coloque a linguiça sobre os pães sobre a metade do pão ( a parte do miolo) e aperte bem.

Place the sausage over the buns on the half of the bun (the crumb part) and press down well.

Leve para assar (Air fryer, forno ou churrasqueira) 

Quando a massa da linguiça estiver quase assada acrescente o queijo e leve novamente para assar até aue o queijo esteja gratinado.

When the sausage dough is almost baked, add the cheese and bake again until the cheese is au gratin.
