- Whiskey or Cachaça or Cognac to taste
- Brown Sugar200 g
- Creamcheese300 g

- Red Onion (guacamole)1 unit(s)
- Ripe Tomato2 unit(s)

- Olive oil to taste
- Coriander or Parsley to taste
- Butter to taste
- Breaded Burger. Place the chicken breast, onion, garlic and other seasonings in the food processor until it becomes a homogeneous paste. Make the burgers in the desired size and take it to the freezer for 30 minutes. Grind Doritos in a food processor or break them up by hand. Beat two eggs with a fork and set aside. Dip the hamburger in the flour, beaten egg and crushed Doritos. After breading, leave the hamburger in the freezer for 20 minutes. Fry the burger by immersion or if you prefer use the Airfryer at 160° until they are golden. Bacon Cut the bacon into thin slices. Spread the whiskey (or whatever beverage you prefer) over the bacon. Sprinkle brown sugar on both sides of the bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes. Remove before they dry out too much. Sour Cream Beat cream cheese with lemon and salt. Add salt and lemon to your taste. Guacamole Coarsely mash the avocado, add the onion, tomato cut into small squares, and thin slices of Dedo de Moça pepper. Season with lemon, olive oil, cilantro (or parsley) and salt to your liking. Mounting. Seal the bread in the skillet or griddle with butter. Apply a generous layer of Sour Cream. Place the hamburger over the cream, Bacon and then a layer of guacamole. Serve with french fries or potato chips. And it's just delicious!
