- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Mortadella200 g
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- 1.Cut the slices of bread and place in a shape (reserve).
- 2. Open the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and the internal liquid leaving it clean and dry.
- 3. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes as if it were a vinaigrette and place in a container.
- 4.Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of oregano.
- 5. Add oil and mix.
- 6.Place 1 clove of garlic in the container just to give the ingredients a taste and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 7.Remove the garlic clove with a spoon and dispense.
- 8.Place the ingredients on the slices of bread.
- 9.Spread the mozzarella and mortadella over each slice of bread.
- 10.in the hot oven, place the mold for 3 minutes.
- 11.Remove and enjoy!
