- Prepare the homemade mayonnaise, the herb mayonnaise, the Homemade barbecue and the bacon jam (all recipes already published) and place them each in a bowl.
- Chop the lettuce, slice the tomato and onion, fry the bacon and arrange on plates.
- Also arrange the cheeses on plates.
- Place the cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Place all the ingredients already mentioned on a table for your guests to help themselves.
- Leave the bottles of ketchup and mustard next to the ingredients.
- Handle the homemade burgers (recipe also published) and leave them on a cutting board next to the stove.
- Next to the burgers, leave a bowl with the eggs, another with the buns and a pot of butter.
- My tip is to put a little butter in a frying pan and toast the open bread. This prevents it from absorbing the other sauces and preventing it from becoming soggy.
- Fry each burger for 6 minutes on each side in hot oil.
- When you turn each meat, add the cheese of your choice and cover with a pan lid so that it melts.
- Build your sandwich of choice with the ingredients at the table.
