- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Finely grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Unsweetened plant milk (I used oat milk)1/2 cup
- Basil leaves6/7 unit(s)
- Chia seeds1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Natural spices to taste (I used oregano, parsley and garlic)2 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Take a ladle of the mixture to a non-stick skillet, use medium heat
- When browned on one side, flip over to brown the other. You can include the filling of your choice.
